The new Cardiovascular Health and Wellness Center is home to Evergreen's highly successful Cardiac Rehabilitation Program and a host of new wellness programs to improve our community's cardiac health.

Along with our expertise in preventive cardiology, nutrition, pharmacology and exercise physiology, our caring staff is specially trained in wellness coaching techniques to keep people engaged and motivated.

The new center has nearly triple the space and the equipment, plus advanced EKG telemetry monitoring that enables the recording of clinical data during exercise.
